1. Shake gently before use
2. Always wear waterproof gloves and professional mitt when applying
3. Prior to applying to elbows, hands, knees and feet we recommend the use one of Fake Bake's oil-free moisturising products
4. Spray small amounts of liquid onto soft side of the mitt and apply in gliding strokes
5. Lightly glaze over elbows, hands, knees and feet
6. Bend elbows and knees when applying
7. Rinse off guide colour with warm water after development time
8. Re-apply once a week and use Fake Bake maintenance products to extend life of tan
