Please note that due to COVID-19 many couriers, including Canada Post, are no longer guarenteeing specific delivery tines. If you receive a tracking number and do not see information on progress of your package this is completely normal. See the couriers websites for the most timely updates to their service.

If after 12 business days from the date of receiving the tracking number you do not see an update to the tracking, or have not received your order please reach out to hello@theskincaresupply.com and our team will investigate further. 

Please allow an extra few business days for our warehouse to process your order due to limit staff members.
